Starlings Children’s Hospital and BirthStories by Starlings were started with a mission. At Starlings, we follow the “Patient First, Empathy Always” policy. After seven years of clinical practice and involvement in hospital administration, one thing we noticed is that, on one hand, healthcare facilities are increasing day by day, but on the other hand, care is still not accessible, affordable, or reliable.
Adding luxury to care, extreme premiumisation, and corporatisation are pushing basic healthcare far away from simple middle-class families — especially in mother and child care. Healthcare should not become fancy. So, we launched Starlings in the heart of the city with a mission of no fancy, no noise care, following a stick-to-basics approach that keeps healthcare truly patient-centric and affordable, without ever compromising on standards.
